Job description
- Fulfil requirements and meet goals and benchmarks set out at the start of the Business Leadership Program
- Supports one or more areas within Core Compliance such as policy monitoring (employee personal trading, gifts, entertainment, and others), data analytics, management reporting, training administration, regulatory reporting and monitoring activities, marketing compliance, operational support.
- Contribute to firm s global initiatives and programs relating to process improvements, enhancing automation, process standardization across countries, improved analytics, and others
- Provide perspective to the management on relevant issues backed by data driven insights
- Effectively collaborate with different teams and local/global stakeholders to drive business priorities
- Coordinate, organize and prioritize operations or projects with a special focus on results
