Job description
- Responsible for providing technical accounting guidance and support to finance teams
- Assess the impact of new accounting pronouncements and collaborate with business partners to drive their companywide implementation
- Draft memos to document technical accounting analysis with respect to complex transactions and conclusions in a clear and concise manner
- Review financial statements and disclosure requirements in accordance with US GAAP and SEC guidance
- Draft and design accounting policies in line with US GAAP
