Job Description

1. Support daily operational activities related to product development and management.
2. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and operations, to streamline product workflows.
3. Assist in collecting and documenting product requirements and user feedback.
4. Contribute to the development of product documentation, such as user manuals, FAQs, and release notes.
5. Help in testing and quality assurance processes for new features and improvements.
6. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess product effectiveness.
7. Assist in coordinating product launches and updates, including communication strategies and training materials.
