Job Description

1. Providing IT operational support, particularly in managing operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, and devices such as laptops and desktops. This includes collaborating with various lab teams.
2. Overseeing asset and vendor management processes.
3. Resolving operational challenges, addressing escalations, and promptly supporting business needs with effective collaboration.
4. Managing infrastructure needs, including computers, servers, lab equipment, and testing devices.
5. Working with business and IT teams to oversee identity and access privilege management effectively.
