Engineer Trainee (Multicloud – System Engineer)

Job Description

1. Perform activities based on defined guidelines in SOPs / Runbooks with business impact understanding.
2. Adherence to customer security and compliance requirements.
3. Adherence to customer communication etiquettes.
4. Ensure stated productivity requirements for the engagement.
5. Contribution to continuous service improvement plans (CSI).
6. Contribute to and participate proactively in knowledge sharing sessions.
7. Act as a buddy for new hires.
8. Organisation – Adherence to Organisational policies and processes (including Cognizant’s security policies, LP, timelines etc).
