Job Description

1. Strong Communication Skills: Exhibiting the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. This role requires interaction with internal Amazon customers, including the Operations/IT team and customer support across APAC, EMEA, and AMER.
2. Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) is essential for maintaining consistency and efficiency in daily tasks.
3. Basic IT Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues on end-user devices such as desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
4. Familiarity with operating systems like Windows and Linux, along with basic troubleshooting skills.
5. The role demands flexibility, including working rotational shifts to deliver real-time customer support in a 24/7 environment.
6. Commitment to OTS Service Desk Goals: Meeting targets related to response and resolution SLAs, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and effective incident management.
7. This position is based in the Bangalore (BLR18) Corporate Office.
